1. Assignment acceptance<\/b><\/div>\n
All orders are accepted and processed only in accordance with the following conditions.<\/div>\n
The client \/ customer \/ user accepts these conditions when using the Prodiz Memoria software.<\/div>\n
After processing of the order, the file transferred by the customer is stored on the server of Prodiz Memoria for a maximum of 14 days after production.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
2. Copyright<\/b><\/div>\n
The principal \/ customer \/ user is responsible for the content of the transferred file.<\/div>\n
Prodiz Memoria accepts no liability for the content of the file. Prodiz Memoria assumes that the copyright of the file belongs to the customer.<\/div>\n
The principal \/ customer \/ user is solely liable for any consequences of unlawful use of protected data.<\/div>\n
In addition, the client must strictly adhere to the legal provisions of the country in question when ordering \/ production and any distribution of the material.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
3. Liability<\/b><\/div>\n
Prodiz Memoria cannot under any circumstances be held liable for damage or loss of the files.<\/div>\n
Prodiz Memoria expressly establishes that the quality of the video or other image material in the video made can never be better than may be expected<\/div>\n
on the basis of what the client sees on his computer screen when using the Prodiz Memoria creator \/ application. . Prodiz Memoria’s liability is limited to culpable production errors.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
4. Delivery time<\/b><\/div>\n
All jobs are processed next after receipt on the server. Delays in delivery times cannot give rise to cancellation of the order or to compensation.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
5. Warranty<\/b><\/div>\n
Complaints, insofar as it concerns a clear complaint, must be made known within two weeks after delivery of the order given by the client \/ customer \/ user.<\/div>\n
In the case of well-founded complaints, a claim can only be made to perform the assignment again.<\/div>\n
